Thomas Beatie, the transgender Oregonian who snagged headlines around the world after not one, not two, but three healthy births, is turning heads once more - and not because of another baby bump.
This time, Beatie, 37, is showing off a toned, buff chest, sculpted biceps and defined abs.
Beatie, who has three children with wife Nancy, was born a woman but underwent 10 years of extensive sexual reassignment therapy and even had chest reconstruction surgery to complete the makeover.
