Paper Castle

This amazing paper castle is displayed at Umihotaru near Tokyo. It was created  by a student of Tokyo art university Wataru Itou. The installation took 4 years to be finished. It includes a moving train and electrical lights, all made of paper.  Umi no Ue no Oshiro – it’s the Japanese name of the installation that means A Castle on the Ocean. At the exhibition visitors have chance to see the video featuring Itou in the working process in his studio.
