Gwyneth Paltrow, Premiere of Iron Man 3, 2013

Gwyneth Paltrow, Premiere of Iron Man 3, 2013
A see-through trend, that is really popular among stars, and often highly criticized, can be actually very subtle when someone like Gwyneth decides to wear it. She chose this look for the 2013 premiere of 'Iron Man 3', a sheer-panelled Antonio Berardi gown that revealed just enough to be elegant and provocative. But as Paltrow's peek-a-boo gown couldn't be worn with underwear, one wrong leg cross would have caused a scandal.

All glitter and gold, Paris Hilton stole the show in 2015 Cannes Film Festival. Paris appeared on the red carpet before the premiere of the movie 'Inside Out' wearing a backless gown made of sheer fabric by Yousef Al-Jasmi. Eva was married to Tony Parker at that time, so she stated that she simply wanted to wrap herself like a present for her hubby.

No one was going to lend her a dress, because they all have only size zero or size 2. Luckily for her, Zac Posen had a great dress her size.

Gwyneth was always a trendsetter. In 2011, she brought back the 90's in the best possible way, by wearing a two-piece Emilio Pucci dress on the red carpet at the Emmy Awards, 2011. When dress succeeds to overshadow one of the most beautiful actresses in the world, that dress deserves to be a star of its own. Bollywood superstar, Aishwarya Rais, wowed everyone on the Cannes Film Festival red carpet, when she showed up wearing a Cinderella-esque couture gown by Michael Cinco. The icy blue dress, covered with beads and embroidered silver leaves simply was the astonishing site of the day. That dress spoke for itself.

When Lupita appeared in her famous "Nairobi blue" Oscar dress in 2014, she hit all the best-dressed lists for that year. She certainly knows how to wear vibrant colours. At Cannes Film Festival red carpet in 2015, she did it again. This time the colour was "grasshopper green," a sentimental dedication to Africa, designed by Gucci.
